Antonio Brown, probably the BEST wide-receiver in the National Football League, plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

After their playoff win against Kansas City, Antonio Brown used Facebook to post a live stream of his coach calling the team they are going to play, the New England Patriots, a bunch of "a_holes."
He also posted PRIVATE locker room material.

Should locker room talk be PUBLIC or PRIVATE?
Should Antonio Brown be punished for what he did?

Explain.

  1. Locker room talk can vary very heavily on its privacy, Example some dude is casually stating his opinion on how he like his steak done, that is perfectly fine to let the world know. on the other hand if it's something deeply personal or possibly incriminating it should Not Be Shared.I think Antonio Brown should receive a charge of unsportsmanlike conduct, I don't know much about football or any of the team nor am I particularly fond of any of them but I do know that sportsmanship plays a role in this game.

    1. I disagree with what you stated but you made really points that supported your opinion.

  2. Personally I believe that locker room talk should stay private. What the coach said should've stayed in the room with the team and the team only. Also the private content in the locker room should've also been kept with the team. I do not think Antonio Brown should be punished for this act. But at the same time, I do think he could've done this in a different way. Such as post a picture on Instagram with Le'veon Bell or another member of his team. He shouldn't have done what he did, but now it's for the league to decide. It was a dumb act to put on facebook, but simply he doesn't deserve to be punished. Antonio is really close with his fans and maybe he wanted to show a glimpse of what it looks like to be in the locker room of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

  3. I believe that locker room talk should always stay private because no matter what it is, they said it in the locker room for a reason. some people dont want anyone knowing certain things and I think that people should respect that no matter what. Now I also believe that what Antonio Brown did, was wrong. Because just like they expect locker room talk to stay private, so does the coach because they are a team. And in common sense you wouldn't post something like that on Facebook. I dont know much or anything about football but you in my opinion, he should not have posted that because he knew his coach would get in trouble. And I also believe that if you're a team, you should stay a team and have each others back.

  4. Yes locker room stuff is private just like what the coach said was private, and Antonio Brown shouldn't be really punished but he should get some sort of punishment. Whenever someone seas something private its supposed to stay private, and only for the people it was intended to be told to.

  6. yes i think that locker room talk should be private and also think that Antonio Brown shouldnt have posted that on facebook but its not like the other team was saying nice things about the steelers anyways.I dont think that he should be punished because he didnt do anything wrong.

  7. I find that privacy is one one of the most important things that concerns you and people around you . What ever happens in your life it is meant to stay privately and you should respect that. I don't think that what he did was right ; to expose his coach and also his teammates when he's in a locker room but at the same time he shouldn't be punished because it isn't his fault that he might want other people to know what happened. Maybe he deserves a meaningful conversation with his coach to discuss that what he did was bad , but I don't think that he needs to be punished for what he did.

    1. I disagree , I believe he should be punished , he should've known better and not posted a locker room conversation .

  8. I don't think it was the right thing to do on his part because what is said in the locker room stays there. There are also a lot of things said from both the coaches and the players that are private and that should only stay between the teammates and the coach. I also do think he should have a punishment.

  9. Locker room talk should be kept private . It is no ones business of what happens in the locker room except for the team and the coaches . People should be allowed to speak their opinion in a private area , especially a team. I believe that what Antonio Brown did was wrong , he shouldn't have posted a live stream on Facebook. It was none of his fans concern to what was going on inside the locker room . I don't know much about Football , but I do believe that Antonio Brown should be punished in some way . I think he broke a rule and should pay for his mistake .

  10. First of all Dez Bryant of the Dallas Cowboys is the best wide receiver in the league, not Antonio Brown. In all seriousness I believe locker room talk should be private. What players say inside the locker about other players or anything should stay in the locker room. It is nobody else's business. I don't think he should be punished because as far as I know there is no official rule that he broke so how would you choose a punishment? Hopefully he knows he made a mistake and will not do it again.

  11. First of all he ain't the best it's my boy Edelman. I think that what ever happens in the locker should stay in the locker room. It was a foolish , selfish and inconsiderate on his part and the head coach of the Steelers said he's gonna have some consequences for violating team policy and league policy.

  12. Personally I think that locker room talk should be kept private because all locker room talks have to do with how the team played and what they did wrong/right. So I don't see why there would be any reason to bring those talks outside the locker room. But what the coach says to the team is to be left for the team and maybe the parents to know. Yes, I think there should be consequences for violating the teams privacy.

  14. To be honest,I think that locker room conversations should stay in private because some conversations are about the plays, their plans etc..I don't think that antonio brown should be punished because his coach did the wrong thing not him.

  15. I defiantly think that locker room talk should be kept private. It’s not right what Antonio Brown did because you shouldn’t be showing something bad, that is not meant to be shared to everyone, even if his coach was being rude. Even though he did something very disrespectful, he shouldn’t really be punished because how some people and his coach are going to respond will probably make him learn his lesson.

  16. honestly it should be kept private because I have no need to hear about what other people say behind closed doors. if I was that coach I would so mad but also embarrassed I mean what kind of person says that about another team. now we know that the coach is a poor sport. I don't think that Antonio should be punished for what he did. he obviously already learned that was he did was not cool and he should keep things private between him and his team.

  17. what happens in the locker room stays in the locker room! when you r in the locker room with all you're friends and talking about stuff you don't want you're personal and inappropriate conversations to be all over the news and having people laughing at you're team. In my opinion he should be punished because what he did was wrong and he knows not too do it again or he could face bigger consequences . But i know he will not be punished since he is the best wide receiver in the league and they'll need him for their next games.

  18. i believe what happens in the locker room should stay in the locker room. because you wouldnt want all your personal do be sharred with the entire world because its you private stuff that you are trusting the people around you to keep to themselves. i think he should be punished and learn his lesson to not do it again

  19. Locker conversations can be private but if the coach and players are fine with it not being private, its not a big deal but in this case the coach was wasn't fine with it. Obviously he should be punished because its against team and rule policy but for him the fine is pocket change so it ain't a big deal. There has been worse things said in the league that we haven't heard about and everyone is making a big deal from a mistake.

  20. I believe locker room conversations should be kept private because locker room is a private place for many people and whatever is discussed in the room should be kept there, no matter how rude or inappropriate it is. Antonio did something rude to his teammates and coach. I think he should be punish because of what he did was very immature and disrespectful.

  21. I believe locker room talk should be kept private because no matter what it is they said it there for a reason. Many people, even coaches use the locker rooms to say whatever they think even if its bad and people should respect that because no matter how bad it is they are still their team and they shouldn't betray them. I think Antonio should be punished for what he did because he was very disrespectful but not only for that also because he betrayed his teammates and his coach.

  22. I think locker room talk should be kept private . The locker room is where the players should feel that they are able t say whatever, and it's usually when the talk about plays and strategies. I think he should be punished because he did something that just isn't right. The coach probably wouldn't have said that if he knew he was being filmed and that the video would be posted online.

  23. I personally think whatever goes on in the locker room should stay private. That's something that goes on in a locker room with you team the players should be able to feel that they can express there opinion with out them getting exposed on social media. I don't think he should get punished for expressing how he feels even tho it was negative. But he definitely should have expressed it in a different way.

  24. Well, first off, i find what Antoine Brown did was wrong. What he did was livestream his team without them being asked. I find that some things no matter how wrong should be kept private. People say stuff they regret and making it public justs embareses people. But if want to make a conversation public you should ask the people that are involved if they want it to be public.
